We stand behind the Pressure Washing Business Starter Kit completely. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, simply email us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked, no hassle.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window has passed will not be honored, except in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges.

Once your refund is approved, the charge will be reversed to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our end.
Upon issuing a refund, your access to the Pressure Washing Business Starter Kit — including the member dashboard, Satellite Measurement Tool, Pricing Calculator, Document Templates, and all other features — will be revoked. This typically occurs within 24 hours of the refund being approved.

Because this is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), refunds are issued in full. We do not offer partial refunds or credits.
